I'm so looking forward to taking Beatz Dance Studio portraits for 2022!

Saturday, May 14th 9am - 3pm @ Beatz Dance Studio

Order forms will be distributed by the studio or a PDF version can be downloaded here:

Photo Day:

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time

​

- Visit the desk first to turn in your order form/payment and then get in line for portraits

​

- Dancers should come in complete costume and be picture ready

​

- Order form and payment is due on dancer's photo day

 
Key Notes:

- Orders will be delivered to Beatz Dance Studio for distribution within 2-4 weeks of photo day or you may ship to your home

​

- Savings for multiple costumes is available and staff will be available on photo day to answer any questions and walk families through the order form 

​

Details:

- Order form and payment is due on dancer's photo day. Late orders will be charged a $40 late fee + shipping. No late orders will be accepted after 4 weeks from dancers photo day.  No changes/requests can be accepted after 8 weeks from dancer's photo day. Deirdre Rakus Photography is not responsible for illegible order forms. 

 

- CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD & VENMO ACCEPTED: Include order form with payment and write dancer's name on check/Venmo/credit card note area. Venmo: @deirdrerakusphotography  Please make check out to: Deirdre Rakus Photography. $20 fee will be charged for returned checks
