DAY OF SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS
Ensure house is tidy and remove as much clutter as possible
Remove very personal items including crafts and portraits
Place decorative paper in frames to hide personal portraits
Clear shelves and bookcases of as many items as possible
Remove fridge magnets, tea towels, etc.
Clear countertops of extra items and appliances (ex: toaster)
Set dining room table with best dinner setting or flowers/candles
Dress all of the beds and add a few extra pillows
Pack away any kids toys both indoors and outdoors
Mow the lawn, trim shrubs and weed gardens and paths
Move all vehicles out of the driveway
Remove pet bowls, bedding, toys, etc.
Have a bouquet of fresh flowers for tables
Turn on all lights and open all window curtains
Note: All sessions will include the required 6.25% MA Sales Tax and depending on location a small travel fee may apply.
