I'm so looking forward to taking Grafton Youth Lacrosse Association sports portraits again for spring 2022! 

 

Additional details and specific team photo date/time/location will be posed once they are finalized with the GYLA board.

Date:

Sunday, May 15th 9am - 5pm

​

​

- Order forms will be distributed by coaches or a PDF version can be downloaded here: 

​

​

Photo Day:

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

​

- Visit the table first to turn in your order form/payment and then stand by your coach and team.

​

- Athletes should come in complete uniform with helmet and lacrosse stick (do not wear helmet or bring eye protection)

 
Key Notes:
​- A portion of each package sold is donated back to the league. 

​

- Each team will be gifted one 10x8 Team Portrait for the head coach as a thank you for helping coordinate their team for photo day. Coaches do not have to order these, I will simply include them when I deliver all of the printed items.

​

- Orders will be delivered to league contact person for distribution to coaches/athletes within 2-4 weeks of photo day or they can be mailed directly to your home for an additional charge.

Details:

- Order form and payment is due on athlete's photo day. Late orders will be charged a $40 late fee + shipping. No late orders will be accepted after 4 weeks from athlete’s photo day.  No changes/requests can be accepted after 8 weeks from athlete’s photo day. Deirdre Rakus Photography is not responsible for illegible order forms. 

 

- CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD & VENMO ACCEPTED: Include order form with payment and write athletes name on check/Venmo/credit card note area. Venmo: @deirdrerakusphotography  Please make check out to: Deirdre Rakus Photography. $20 fee will be charged for returned checks
