A pre-shoot consultation to discuss your vision

A 'Location Guide' to pick the perfect setting

A 'Client Questionnaire' to tailor the session to your needs

A password-protected gallery of fully edited images for review within 2 weeks of our session
Please note that sessions are intended for one family unit. If you wish to include additional individuals such as grandparents, there will be an additional charge of $25/person.
Mini sessions are held locally in Grafton unless a special mini event is listed. My 'Location Guide' shares many beautiful options for both Mini and Classic Sessions.
My Signature Style
Outdoor family portrait sessions are taken June - October within 1-2 hours of sunset. This allows for the most beautiful lighting, temperature and foliage.
A signed contract and retainer of $50 is due to reserve your session. Sessions will include the required 6.25% MA sales tax and travel fees may apply.

How it Works

Booking Your Session
Contact me to discuss your portrait session needs, and I'll answer any questions you have. Once we select a date, I'll send you a Contract, my What to Wear Style Guide, and a Portrait Questionnaire to finalize the details and goals. A $50 retainer and contract is required to reserve your date.

Planning & Preparation
I’ll provide my Location Guide featuring recommended spots and examples from past sessions to help us plan the perfect session. Feel free to reach out during the outfit planning process—I love helping clients choose the best looks! Mini sessions are held locally in Grafton unless part of a hosted event.

Your Session & Delivery
On session day, we’ll have fun while I capture genuine smiles and laughter from your little ones. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a curated, password-protected gallery of edited images in both color and black + white. From there, you can select your favorites and order prints or packages.

RAIN POLICY
If poor weather is predicted for our session day, we’ll communicate the morning of the session well before any hair, makeup or preparations begin. Together, we’ll discuss the options, but I will make the final decision. I do not take portraits in rainy, stormy, or snowy weather. However, cloudy skies are perfect for photography, and sessions will proceed on those days.
SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES
I strive to make portrait sessions fun and successful for special needs families. Before the session, we’ll collaborate on strategies to set everyone up for a positive experience. No matter how your child behaves, they’ll be met with love and zero judgment.
Here are some examples of accommodations I’ve provided in the past:

Allowing extra time so your child can warm up and feel comfortable.

Incorporating a favorite toy or blanket into the session.

Using a visual magnet board to track progress during the session.

Choosing a location where your child feels most at ease.

Offering a "practice session" ahead of the main session.

Exercising plenty of patience—I’ve seen it all and will adapt to your family’s needs.
